Hey there, I'm Andele!
I am a flexible software developer with broad experience in different programming languages and environments. I also like learning new technologies and sometimes contribute to open source projects.
I have worked on a variety of projects, but I'm strongest in data and back-end services. I value writing efficient and clean code, based on the latest best practices. I automate my workflow as much as possible, so I can focus on developing software instead of dealing with mundane repetitive tasks.

Modeling a domain wall network in BiFeO3 with stochastic geometry and entropy-based similarity measure
I co-wrote an article published in Frontiers in Materials as a result of my master's thesis in AI. The research contributes to the understanding of neuromorphic materials and their applications in computing and artificial intelligence.
Projects
Industrialised Construction
This project is a collaboration between an industrial automation company and a large construction firm to develop an end-to-end system that fully automates the application of ceramic brick strips to prefabricated concrete walls. The physical system includes many transportation systems, robotic arms, and quality control mechanisms to ensure precise placement of the brick strips. The software system integrates with the customer's existing ERP system, converting incoming order data to actionable tasks for the automated transportation systems and robots, and responds in real-time to feedback from various sensors and quality control systems to adjust operations as needed.
ROLE
- Took over a complex code-base consisting of multiple data services, databases, and GUI applications
- Integrated CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for automated testing and deployment, ensuring smooth delivery and early warnings for potential problems.
- Set up a staging environment to test new features and bug fixes before deploying them to production.
- Collaborated closely with other teams, including mechanical engineers, PLC developers, and project managers, to gather requirements and meet all of the project's needs.
- Introduced a company-wide coding standard and best practices to improve code quality and maintainability.
- Conducted code reviews and provided constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
